“Decontamination is the safe removal or inactivation of any hazardous contaminant that adheres to or is otherwise in contact with personnel, protective clothing, protective equipment, and any other incident –related equipment, vehicles, materials, or debris. Potential contaminants include physical, chemical, or biological agents.”
