Pure Liquid

Liquid composed of a single substance, such as  water.  A liquid is one of the fundamental states of matter; it is characterized by being nearly incompressible and conforms to the shape of its container.The flash point is the quantity that classifies the liquids as combustible or flammable. In the USA a combustible liquid is defined as any liquid having a flash point at or above 100ºF (37.8ºC). On the other hand, a flammable liquid is defined as any liquid having a flash point below 100ºF (37.8ºC).References:
